Five stages, one immutable record

Every plod moves through the same digital chain of custody — from the crew's first draft to a locked record that becomes the basis for billing. Rejections come back with comments, and nothing is ever quietly edited after the fact.

Geotechnical work, billed the way it's actually priced

Mineral exploration bills on metres. Geotechnical investigation bills on a schedule of rates — per SPT, per sample, per in-situ test, per install and per standing hour. DrillOS captures each of those in the hole on the phone and prices it against the contract's SOR, so the invoice builds itself instead of being re-worked in a spreadsheet.

Every service item counts down against the hours a rig genuinely runs — computed live from approved plods, not a calendar guess or a manual log. Items flag themselves overdue or due soon on the dashboard and the rig's own page, and bit changes still capture straight off the plod.

Crew scores weigh metres per shift, recovery, downtime and plod timeliness. Rig scores weigh availability and penetration rate. Recalculated nightly, and never shown to field crew.
