Privacy Policy

DrillOS is operated by Tiger Fluids Australia Pty Ltd, trading as DrillOS. We are bound by the Australian Privacy Principles under the Privacy Act 1988 (Cth). Contact us at support@drillos.app.

We collect:

• Account details — name, work email, role and company.
• Work records users enter — shift reports (plods), drilling metres, activities and hours, consumables, pre-start checklists, equipment defects, and invoices/billing data for company administrators.
• Technical data needed to operate the service — login sessions and app version.

Data entered while offline is stored on the device until it syncs to our servers.

We do not collect device location, contacts, photos or camera access, or advertising identifiers. We don't run ads, we don't track you across other apps, and we never sell your data.

Data belongs to the customer company that holds the account. Company administrators control which users can access it. We use it only to provide the service, provide support, and — for company administrators who choose to connect it — an optional accounting integration with Xero.

We use trusted third parties to run DrillOS: cloud hosting and database providers (Supabase, Vercel), transactional email (Resend), and Xero if a company administrator connects it. These providers may store or process data outside Australia.

Data is encrypted in transit (TLS), and access is restricted per company and per role.

To access, correct or delete your data, contact your company administrator or email support@drillos.app. Accounts are deleted on request. We retain data while a customer's subscription is active, then delete it on request or on termination of the subscription.

If you have a concern about how we handle your data, contact us first at support@drillos.app. If you're not satisfied with our response, you can lodge a complaint with the Office of the Australian Information Commissioner at oaic.gov.au.
