- How do I get the app?
- Visit drillos.app/get-app on your phone and download it from your app store.
- I didn't get my invite email
- Check your spam or junk folder first. If it's not there, ask your administrator to resend the invitation.
- I forgot my password
- Use "Forgot password" on the login screen to reset it.
- My shifts won't sync
- DrillOS works offline — your data is saved on your device and syncs automatically once you're back in range. Keep the app open briefly on Wi-Fi or signal to let it finish syncing.
- How do I delete my account?
- Email support@drillos.app and we'll action the deletion.
